Welcome to Wooly Stash
Wooly Stash operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a suitable shopping experience (the "Services"). Wooly Stash uses Shopify to deliver the Services to you.
The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.
Article 1 — Access and account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age in the country where you live (in the Netherlands: 18 years or older).
To use the Services, including placing an order, you may be asked to provide certain information such as your email address, billing and delivery address and payment details. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and all activity that takes place through your account. You may not transfer your account to another person.
Article 2 — Our products
We do our best to represent our products accurately on the website. Colours may vary depending on your device and display settings. We cannot guarantee that the colours shown exactly match the actual colour of the product.
Product descriptions may be changed at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit available quantities at any time.
Article 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Wooly Stash reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in the event of a pricing error or suspected fraud. Your order is only definitively accepted once we have confirmed acceptance by email.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation after acceptance is in many cases no longer possible. In the event of refusal or cancellation, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and any payment made will be refunded.
Returns are possible in accordance with our Return Policy.
Article 4 — Prices and billing
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Prices, discounts and promotions may be changed without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of ordering is the price that will be charged and that you will find in the order confirmation email.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
Article 5 — Shipping and delivery
We deliver orders via PostNL. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer at the moment the products are actually received by you or a third party designated by you. This is in accordance with Article 20 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code so you can follow the delivery.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the cooling-off period expires at info@woolystash.nl. You may also use the model withdrawal form below.
After notifying us, you must return the product to us within 14 days. The return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the original payment method. We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.
The product must be returned in its original condition. If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct the reduction in value from the amount to be refunded.

Article 7 — Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been specifically ordered or assembled at your request, or to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.
Article 8 — Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images, logos and design, is the property of Wooly Stash or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may only view the content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution or publication without our prior written consent is not permitted.
Article 9 — Relationship with Shopify
Wooly Stash uses Shopify as the technical platform for this webshop. All sales and purchases are made directly with Wooly Stash. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a transaction between you and Wooly Stash.

Article 10 — Privacy policy
All personal data we collect through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read this policy.
Article 11 — Complaints
Do you have a complaint about an order or our service? Please contact us first at info@woolystash.nl. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.
If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you can submit your dispute via the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
Article 12 — Liability
Wooly Stash excludes liability for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit to the extent permitted by law.
This limitation does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our fault, or damage for which liability cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain fully in force at all times.
Article 13 — Warranty and conformity
We guarantee that the products we deliver comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable requirements of soundness and fitness for purpose. As a consumer, you have the right to a product that conforms to the purchase agreement. In case of defects, please contact us at info@woolystash.nl.
Article 14 — Prohibited use
You may only use the Services for lawful purposes. It is not permitted to:
- use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- upload or distribute viruses, malware or other harmful code;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or disrupt the Services;
- impersonate another person or entity.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services in the event of a breach of these Terms.
Article 15 — Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if you live in another EU country. However, as a consumer you may always rely on the mandatory provisions of consumer law in the country where you live.
Disputes will be submitted in the first instance to the competent court of the District Court of Noord-Holland. We prefer an amicable resolution — please contact us first at info@woolystash.nl.
Article 16 — Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version can always be found on this page. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the Services after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
