Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the Distance Selling Act.

The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the day you — or a third party designated by you — receive the parcel. You do not need to give a reason.

Registering a return

Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? Please notify us within the 14-day cooling-off period by emailing info@woolystash.nl. Include your order number and which items you wish to return.

You may also use the model withdrawal form below. Use of the form is not required — an email is sufficient.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the parcel to us. Please send it to:

Condition of the product

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. Please do not use the product beyond what is necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.

If the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct the reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. Please therefore ensure that the yarn is unused and that the packaging has not been unnecessarily damaged.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning the item is at your expense. We will refund the original shipping costs you paid when placing your order, but not the cost of the return shipment itself.

Returns are sent at your own risk. We recommend sending your parcel by registered post or with a tracking number, so you can prove it is on its way.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 calendar days via the original payment method. We may delay the refund until we have received the product, or until you have provided proof that you have returned it — whichever occurs first.

The original shipping costs will be refunded. The cost of the return shipment will not be reimbursed.

Damaged or incorrect products

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@woolystash.nl and include a photo. We will sort it out for you — in that case the return costs are of course on us.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to yarn that has clearly been used — for example unwound, worked or otherwise no longer in its original condition. Please therefore assess the product carefully without putting it to use.
