Shipping policy

Shipping within the Netherlands

We ship all orders via PostNL from Alkmaar. Orders are processed on business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a PostNL tracking code. You can use this to follow your delivery.

International shipping

We also ship to a number of countries within the European Union. Delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, processing time may be slightly longer. We will let you know if that is the case.

Haven't received your parcel?

Haven't received anything after the expected delivery time? First check the tracking status via the link in your shipping confirmation. Is your parcel showing as delivered but you haven't received it, or has there been no update for a while?

• Within the Netherlands: please get in touch if your parcel has not arrived within 5 business days of the shipping date.
• Outside the Netherlands: please get in touch if your parcel has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipping date.

Send an email to info@woolystash.nl with your order number and shipping date. We will then contact PostNL to look into it.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you have noticed an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@woolystash.nl — as long as the order has not yet been shipped, we are happy to make the correction.
